Our mission is to provide engineering students with the guidance, knowledge, and practical experience they need to excel in their chosen fields. Through our innovative mentorship program, students are paired with accomplished alumni mentors, whom we call Melvins. These mentors share their expertise and insights, offering a unique blend of emotional and professional support.
At Catalift, students engage in comprehensive learning programs that include online video classes, interactive doubt-clearing sessions, and hands-on projects. We focus on creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment where students can connect with their peers and mentors, gain practical experience, and prepare for successful careers.

APPROACH
How we work
We connect engineering students with successful alumni mentors from top institutions and companies. Students sign up for a one-time fee and are paired with a mentor who guides them through online video classes and weekend doubt-clearing sessions. After a month of foundational learning, students take an assessment and participate in hands-on group projects. Top performers, scoring 90% or above, are directed to exclusive internship interviews. This structured approach ensures students gain practical skills, emotional support, and valuable career opportunities, all within a collaborative and supportive community.
